Manufacturing capabilities expanded as the portfolio of products grew, making Eastern Decorator a significant employer of the time. With a presence in Malaysia spanning over 40 years, Eastern Decorator has played a unique role in bearing witness to the country’s economic, technology, social and political development.

It was reputed to be the largest home textile factory in the country, with manufacturing capability that could produce 12,000 sets of bedlinen and 16,000 pieces of pillow per shift.
